Your journey begins with a curated amuse-bouche, perhaps a single, glistening Pebble from the Sunrise Shore presented on a bed of chilled moss. As your meal progresses, you will savour the complex textures of the forest and the bracing, mineral notes of the lake’s edge, all plated with an artist’s touch.
BEYOND THE MEAL
Our maître d’, David, will guide you through the day’s offerings, while our Director of Ambiance, Tara, ensures the setting is perfectly attuned to the island’s natural rhythm. Our Head of Staging, Eric, will then present each course with narrative precision, ensuring the story of each foraged element is fully appreciated.
